What’s in the vial — and how we prove it
Purity claims are easy to print. These are the questions that separate evidence from marketing.
Yes. Every production lot is sent to an independent, accredited US analytical laboratory — not tested in-house and self-certified. The lab runs HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity analysis on the finished lot, and we release the batch only when it meets our ≥99% purity specification. The lot number on your vial ties directly to that report.
Each COA includes the HPLC chromatogram with the calculated purity percentage, the mass-spec result confirming molecular weight against the reference standard, the lot number, manufacture date, and the testing lab's identification. It is a lot-matched document generated from your batch — not a generic template reused across shipments. A printed copy ships in the box, and the same report is kept on file for verification.
Lyophilization (freeze-drying) removes water from the purified peptide, leaving a stable powder that resists hydrolysis and degradation. In solution, most peptides begin breaking down within weeks; lyophilized and stored cold, they remain stable for years. It also lets a laboratory prepare solutions at whatever concentration its assay protocol specifies, rather than being locked into ours.
Send us your data. If your independent analysis shows the material falls below our stated purity or fails identity, we will review the chromatograms side by side, and if the discrepancy holds up we replace the lot at no cost — no return shipping games, no restocking fees. In several years of operation this has been invoked exactly twice, and we honored it both times.

From checkout to your bench
Logistics shouldn’t be the slow step in your research. Here’s exactly how fulfillment works.
Orders confirmed by 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day from our US facility. Orders confirmed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned.
Domestic shipping is free on orders of $200 or more; below that it is a flat $9.95. We ship via USPS Priority and UPS, and most domestic orders arrive within 2–3 business days of dispatch.
Vials ship in insulated, plain outer packaging with foam inserts, the lot-matched COA and a packing slip enclosed. Every vial label and every packing slip carries the research-use-only statement.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, usually yes — contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Because we dispatch quickly, the window is short: same-day orders often reach the carrier within hours of the 2 PM cutoff. Once a package has shipped we can no longer modify it, but we will help you sort out the next steps.
Storage & Handling
Keeping the material as pure as it arrived
A verified vial only stays verified if it’s handled correctly. The short version: cold, dark, and dry.
Store lyophilized vials at -20°C, protected from light and moisture — a standard laboratory freezer is ideal. Under these conditions most peptides remain stable for two years or longer. For short-term storage before use, refrigeration at 2–8°C is acceptable for several weeks; avoid leaving vials at room temperature or in direct light.
The stability data on each COA and product page is limited to storage conditions: aqueous solutions are stable for approximately 30 days at 2–8°C, protected from light, and repeated temperature cycling accelerates degradation. Solvent selection, concentration and preparation are determined by your assay protocol — we do not provide preparation or handling procedures.
Yes. A GHS-format Safety Data Sheet is available for every compound on request through support, and is supplied to institutional buyers with their first order. The lot-matched Certificate of Analysis ships in every box.
Lyophilized and stored at -20°C, most compounds in our catalog are stable for 24 months or more from the manufacture date printed on the COA. Stability decreases in solution and at elevated temperature, so keep vials lyophilized until the material is required.

No. Because our products are strictly for in-vitro research, we cannot and will not discuss dosing, administration routes, or any form of human or veterinary use — no exceptions, regardless of how the question is framed. Our support team can help with COA interpretation, storage and stability data, documentation requests, and published analytical literature; anything clinical is outside what we are able to address.
